Where is my order? +

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States, Canada, Australia: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 4–7 business days

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, please contact us at support@welldecade.com with your order number.

How do I start a return under the 100-Night Trial? +

Simply email support@welldecade.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions within 2 business days. The pillow must be returned clean and within 100 nights of delivery. See our full Refund Policy for details.

The pillow feels uncomfortable. Is this normal? +

Yes — for the first 1 to 3 weeks, some adjustment is expected. Your neck and shoulders have adapted to your old pillow over time. Give it at least 30 nights before drawing conclusions. If discomfort persists beyond that, reach out and we will help you troubleshoot or process a return.

How does the 2-year warranty work? +

If your pillow loses its structural support or develops a manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it at no cost. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue to begin a warranty claim.
